Directory purpose

SodaPages is an informational directory and resource site for soda-industry businesses, services, suppliers, and related topics. A listing, category placement, editorial mention, or link is not an endorsement, certification, rating, warranty, or guarantee of a business, product, service, price, availability, result, or legal compliance.

Listings and submissions

Businesses and authorized representatives may submit information for review. SodaPages may research publicly available business information and may request clarification or evidence. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Claim requests are reviewed manually, may require proof of authority, and do not transfer control automatically. Corporate and multi-location access is limited to approved locations and authorized account roles; new locations remain subject to validation before publication.

Accuracy, corrections, and removals

Businesses are responsible for information they submit. Directory information may become outdated, incomplete, or incorrect, so users should confirm material details directly with the relevant business. SodaPages may correct, reorganize, reject, modify, suspend, or remove a listing when reasonably necessary. Correction and removal requests are reviewed and may require identity or authority verification.

Content and image rights

A submitter must have the right and authority to provide all text, logos, photographs, marks, and other material submitted to SodaPages. By submitting material for publication, the submitter permits SodaPages to store, review, format, reproduce, and display it for the directory and related administration. The submitter remains responsible for intellectual-property rights and permissions.

Prohibited submissions

Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, abusive, malicious, private, or unauthorized content; impersonate another person or business; interfere with the site; attempt to bypass security or rate limits; or use the service to distribute spam or harmful code.

External sites and paid placement

External websites are controlled by their owners, and SodaPages is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or transactions. If sponsored content or paid placement is offered, it will be identified as sponsored or paid. Payment does not guarantee traffic, leads, rankings, sales, or editorial approval.

Service availability and liability

SodaPages is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SodaPages disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the directory, reliance on a listing, dealings with a third party, or inability to use the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

SodaPages may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply. Questions may be sent to info@sodapages.com. Information submitted through contact channels is handled under the Privacy Policy.
